How do I change between monthly and annual billing?
Switch Between Monthly and Annual Billing
You can change the billing cadence for your Thrillify subscription from the Stripe billing portal. The plan tier stays the same; only the payment schedule changes.
Step 1: Open Billing in Backstage
In Thrillify Backstage, click the Organization button in the profile menu, then click Billing.
Step 2: Open the Billing Portal
Click Manage Billing to open your Stripe billing portal.
Step 3: Choose the New Billing Cadence
In the Stripe portal, choose Update Subscription and choose the monthly or yearly option for your current plan.
Stripe will show you any billing adjustment before you confirm the change.
TIP
Annual billing usually includes a discount compared with monthly billing.

Switching from monthly to annual billing will charge you a prorated amount for the remainder of the month and the rest of the full year. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period.
