How do I hide a challenge?

If you need to temporarily remove a challenge from player view, mark it as Disabled.

A disabled challenge stays in your Event so you can edit or re-enable it later, but players cannot see or complete it while it is disabled.

1. Open the Challenge

From your Event in the Backstage web portal, go to the Challenges tab and open the challenge you want to hide.

2. Mark the Challenge as Disabled

In the challenge editor, turn on:

• Disabled (Not visible to players)

When this is on, Thrillify will hide the challenge from players in the app.

3. Save Your Changes

Click Save.

After saving:

• The challenge is hidden from players
• Players cannot start or complete it
• You can still edit it in the Backstage web portal

Turn It Back On Later

To make the challenge visible again, edit it and turn off Disabled to make it visible to players again.

Alternatively you can schedule a challenge to re-enable it.
