How to Update Your Payment Method

To change the payment method for your Thrillify subscription, you’ll use our secure billing partner, Stripe. You can update your credit card, view past invoices, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Step 1: Open the Billing Settings

In Thrillify Backstage, go to the left sidebar and click on Billing under the Organization section.

Click the Manage Billing button to open your billing portal in a new tab.

The billing portal will only be accessible after you have purchased a subscription or Event upgrade.

Step 2: Update Payment Information in Stripe

You’ll be taken to a secure billing portal powered by Stripe.

From here, you can:

  • View your current subscription
  • Update your payment method by clicking the edit icon next to your existing card or adding a new one
  • Change billing address or email
  • Cancel your subscription (if needed)

All changes take effect immediately and will apply to future billing cycles.
