How to Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your Thrillify password or just want to update it, there are two ways to reset it: from the login screen or inside your profile settings.

Option 1: Reset from the Login Screen

If you’re not signed in and can’t access your account:

  1. Go to the Thrillify Backstage login page.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click “I forgot my password” under the Sign In button.
  4. Check your email for a reset link, and follow the instructions.

TIP

If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.

Option 2: Reset from Your Profile (If You’re Already Signed In)

If you’re already logged into Thrillify Backstage:

Step 1: Open Your Profile

Use the dropdown menu in the top right and click your name.

Step 2: Click “Reset Password”

From the Profile screen, click the Reset Password button.

A reset email will be sent to your account’s email address with a link to choose a new password.
