What is Thrillify AI?

Thrillify AI (Artificial Intelligence) can help you quickly design events, suggest challenges, and create schedules tailored to your audience and location. You can enable AI if you want access to these suggestions, or disable it if you prefer to plan events manually or use existing templates.

Steps to enable or disable AI

  1. Go to your Organization settings
    In the Thrillify Backstage Dashboard, click your organization dropdown in the top right to ensure the right Organization is selected. Go to the Organization tab.

  2. Open the General tab
    In the Organization view, navigate to the General tab.

  3. Toggle AI on or off
    Find the Enable AI switch.

    • Turn it on to allow AI-generated challenge and schedule suggestions.
    • Turn it off to disable AI features for your organization.

  4. Save your changes
    Click Save to apply the new AI setting.

Quick tips

  • AI settings apply organization-wide—all collaborators will see the same AI options.
  • You can turn AI on or off at any time without affecting existing events.
  • Disabling AI will remove the option to generate new AI suggestions, but previously generated challenges will remain.
