How to Delete Your Thrillify Account

If you no longer wish to use Thrillify, you can permanently delete your account from the Profile section of Thrillify Backstage.

CAUTION

Deleting your account will remove your personal data, including your email, display name, your own challenge submissions, and any associated media. However, organization data such as events and challenges may still remain unless specific conditions are met.

Step 1: Open Your Profile

Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the Thrillify Backstage dashboard and select your name.

Step 2: Delete Your Account

Once on the Profile page, locate the Delete Account button at the bottom.

Click Delete Account and confirm your decision when prompted.

What Happens to My Organization and Data?

  • If you are the only collaborator in the organization, deleting your account will also permanently delete the organization and all of its data, including:

    • Events
    • Challenges
    • Submissions
    • Media

  • If there are other collaborators in the organization, the organization and all of its data will remain. Other collaborators will still have access to manage and view it.

How do I fully delete my Organization?

If you want to ensure all organization data is deleted:

  1. Go to your organization’s Collaborators page.
  2. Remove all other collaborators.
  3. Then, delete your account.

This will ensure the organization is removed along with your personal data.
