This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules for participating in the Thrillify community and using our platform, mobile apps, and related services (“Services”).
It works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using Thrillify, you agree to follow these rules to help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging experience for all users.

1. Keep It Safe & Lawful

Your actions and content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:

  • Encourage or participate in any illegal activity.
  • Create challenges or events that could reasonably cause harm, injury, or property damage.
  • Promote dangerous stunts, unsafe activities, or anything that violates venue or local rules.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, event organizers, or participants.

2. Respect Privacy & Data Security

We value the privacy of every participant. You must:

  • Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, financial info) without explicit consent.
  • Respect others’ confidentiality in both online and offline activities.
  • Keep your own account credentials secure and never share them with others.
  • Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately.

3. Content Rules

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hate or Discrimination – Attacks or derogatory statements based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected traits.
  • Sexually Explicit Material – Pornographic or sexual Content of any kind.
  • Violence – Content that conveys violent threats, incites harmful acts, or includes disturbing violent imagery.
  • Illegal Content – Anything that promotes or instructs criminal activity.
  • Extremism or Terrorism – Content promoting extremist ideologies or terrorist acts.
  • Self-Harm – Content that encourages or glorifies suicide or self-injury.
  • False or Misleading Content – Intentional misinformation, impersonation, or fraud.
  • Copyright Infringement – Using works without the owner’s permission.
  • Spam or Repetitive Content – Irrelevant, excessive, or misleading posts.

4. Age Requirements and Restricted Content

Users must be at least 13 years old to use Thrillify without parental or guardian consent. Users under 13 may only participate with verifiable parental or guardian approval.

Event Organizers are responsible for ensuring that all content, activities, and events are appropriate for the intended audience and comply with applicable laws.

5. AI & Automation Guidelines

Thrillify integrates AI-powered features to help with things like challenge suggestions and event planning. To use these responsibly:

  • Review Required – AI outputs (including suggested challenges and scheduled timeline entries) are for inspiration only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it.
  • No Training Use – You may not use Thrillify’s data or content to train, develop, or enhance any AI or machine learning model without our explicit permission.
  • No Tampering – Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or manipulate our AI technologies.
  • Automation Limits – Bots, scripts, or other automated tools are prohibited unless we provide written authorization.

6. Platform Integrity

Help keep Thrillify running smoothly by avoiding:

  • Any attempt to bypass security measures or access systems without authorization.
  • Using the platform in ways that overload or disrupt its performance.
  • Extracting or scraping data without written consent.

Users will be notified of changes to this Policy by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
